The property is outfitted with 4 Samsung Smart TV’s, a Weber grill, ample indoor and outdoor seating spaces, and so much more. Also included are four deluxe lounge chairs with umbrellas that are set up for you on the beach daily.

We welcome you to the area’s best kept secret, Carillon Beach, where you’ll find a private gated community with luxurious amenities, southern charm, a downtown with local shops and eateries, and an expansive private beach. Enjoy the allure of 30A just two miles away, then escape to the quiet oasis that is Carillon Beach.
