Local Guide
Scenic 30A and its quaint, curated, coastal beach towns offer Southern charm, a laid back lifestyle, and renowned gulf views.
There is nothing quite like these beach towns which embody “small town living,” while offering a wide range of fabulous dining options, local shops, and activities for the whole family. 30A’s white sandy beach has been voted the most beautiful beach in the country time and time again.
Here, guests will find communities inspired by architectural nuances of Bermuda, Greece, New Orleans, and Charleston. The thoughtful new urbanism design of the neighborhoods allows visitors to use their car minimally and enjoy walking to dinner, the beach, and other local spots.
Our Favorite Spots in 30A
Rosemary Beach
Tree-covered pathways, European-inspired architecture, and gas lanterns transport you a world away. Visit the Sunday morning farmer’s market, order tapas from La Crema, and take in ocean views while sipping a cocktail at Pescado.
Alys Beach
Often compared to Greece, Alys Beach and its remarkable design is unlike anything you’ve seen in the United States. Start your day with a smoothie from Raw & Juicy or a breakfast sandwich from Fonville Press.
Seaside
The whole family will love grabbing a bite from the airstreams; there’s options for everyone! Modica market is a local favorite for a mimosa or lunch “to go.” And don’t leave without a photo in front of the iconic post office!
Grayton Beach
This laid back beach town is a great place for dinner and a sunset. Chiringo and Red Bar are delightful Grayton staples. The original Black Bear Bread Co. is perfect for a morning coffee or evening night cap.
