A tropical courtyard with a brick path will lead you from “It Is Well” to the private beach, just a 2 minute walk away.
The 1 mile of pristine sand is one of the area’s largest and quietest beaches. Within the gated community of Carillon Beach, you’ll find a serene setting with many amenities and less crowds than 30A, while only two miles from Rosemary Beach.
“It is Well” has one of the best locations in the community, just steps from pickleball, tennis, basketball, a playground, and a heated pool (one of several pools within the neighborhood). Rest soundly, knowing this home is outfitted with top-of-the-line, handmade, organic mattresses. This home also features two complimentary beach lounge chairs with cushions and umbrella that are placed on the beach daily.

“An absolutely wonderful stay! Not only is the house beautiful, but this neighborhood is a gem too! We found this to be a perfect place to spend a week - the beach and multiple pools are a short walk away. We loved the 'fairy paths' behind the house - beautiful brick trails through palm trees and other beautiful vegetation leading to the beach. Our kids loved that the closest pool was heated - we had one rainy afternoon and it felt like a bathtub in there - so we swam all afternoon! While there are many beautiful beach neighborhoods in this area, this was our favorite for a home base because it's cozy, inhabited by kind people, and is within an earshot of all the restaurants/sights we wanted to visit. I highly recommend this property!!”
